Ruling & compliance
A Port Harcourt court held in March 2008 that the EFCC could not investigate state finances, and a Federal High Court in Abuja granted an interim injunction in September 2009 restraining the EFCC from arresting, detaining, prosecuting or embarrassing Odili.
