Ihedioha's administration alleged that his predecessor, Rochas Okorocha, left behind a pattern of misappropriated public funds and improperly diverted state properties.
What was done
Recovery panels were established to pursue the matter, but Ihedioha's removal from office on 14 January 2020 cut the process short before any recovery was concluded or independently verified.
